Transformation Consultant

Our client is looking for an experienced Transformation Consultant with a strong Operations background to act as the bridge between Operations and the various transformation initiatives across the organization. This role has been created to ensure that Operations is effectively represented in strategic transformation programs, solution design discussions, implementation initiatives, and operational readiness activities. The successful candidate will serve as the voice of Operations, ensuring that operational realities, dependencies, risks, and impacts are considered throughout the lifecycle of change initiatives.
The Transformation Consultant will help protect operational teams from unnecessary disruption by providing structure, alignment, and governance across multiple concurrent initiatives. In addition, the consultant will support Operations-driven transformation and continuous improvement initiatives by coaching stakeholders, facilitating execution, and ensuring successful adoption of change.
This position requires a seasoned professional who can operate comfortably at both strategic and operational levels, engage with senior stakeholders, and provide pragmatic guidance in complex and fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:

Operations Representation & Transformation Governance

• Represent Operations in enterprise-wide transformation programs, steering committees, and project governance forums.
• Act as the primary liaison between Operations and transformation teams.
• Ensure operational requirements, constraints, and dependencies are considered during solution design and implementation.
• Assess the operational impact of proposed initiatives and challenge assumptions where necessary.
• Coordinate and prioritize Operations involvement across multiple transformation programs.
• Identify timeline conflicts, resource constraints, and implementation risks affecting Operations.

• Lead or support Operations-driven transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Develop structured project and implementation approaches for operational change initiatives.
• Build project plans, define governance structures, establish timelines, and coordinate stakeholders.
