We are currently seeking a talented individual for the Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to Dutch-speaking clients, maintaining the highest standards of the Customer Support Services industry

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the company database
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize workflows and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
- Valid EU passport is required for all candidates seeking Dutch-speaking jobs in this location
- Strong proficiency in English to ensure effective communication within our global team
