Requirements
- H ave a University degree or an equivalent level of qualification in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or another related discipline;
- P ossess minimum 6 years' experience in information, application, technology and system architecture and integration planning ;
- P ossess at least 3 years of experience in projects on design and implementation/integration of ICT .
- K nowledge and expertise in applying/tailoring ITIL practices, in particular for service management;
- A bility to motivate and coordinate team members of different expertise to achieve a common goal;
- E xperience in CIS governance, policy making and standardisation .
Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

Duties/role
- Providing 3rd level support for complex technical issues related to the BICES NATO HQ Element server platforms and associated applications and services ;
- Leading the technical execution of assigned engineering issues ;
- Coordinating with experts within NATO HQ and BGX to resolve complex technical issues.
