    • Structure and execute transactions including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, refinancing, recapitalisations and growth financing
    • Provide strategic advice on capital structures and funding alternatives
  • Drive end-to-end deal execution
    • Manage the full financing lifecycle — from initial analysis to lender negotiation and closing
    • Lead lender interactions, negotiate key terms and ensure successful transaction outcomes
    • Maintain accountability for planning, timelines, budgets and delivery quality
  • Deliver high-quality insights and materials
    • Oversee the creation of impactful client deliverables such as information memoranda, financial models and presentations
    • Translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
    • Contribute to thought leadership on debt markets and financing strategies
  • Lead and develop teams
    • Coach, mentor and empower professionals to reach their full potential
    • Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture
    • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as banks, debt funds and legal advisors
  • Supervise financial modelling and analysis
    • Review and challenge complex financial models and assumptions
    • Assess debt capacity, covenant structures, liquidity and pricing
    • Ensure robust, data-driven decision‑making

What we will expect from you

We are looking for an ambitious and purpose‑driven professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership and strategic thinking:

  • You bring solid experience in debt advisory, corporate finance or financing transactions, with a proven track record in execution and client interaction

  • You are a strategic thinker and problem solver, able to translate complex challenges into structured and innovative financing solutions
  • You confidently lead client relationships, influence stakeholders and build long‑term trust
  • You excel in team leadership, coaching others, fostering collaboration and driving performance in diverse teams
  • You demonstrate a strong business mindset, identifying opportunities, anticipating client needs and contributing to growth
  • You actively embrace new ways of working and technologies to enhance efficiency and client value
  • You communicate clearly and impactfully, both in writing and verbally, adapting your message to different audiences
  • You maintain high standards of quality, integrity and professional judgement, even in demanding and fast‑paced environments
  • You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and navigating complex transactions with resilience and accountability
