Bid Team Lead

Staples is seeking a Bid Teamlead/Tender Writer to join the Commercial Team in Benelux, reporting to the Commercial Manager. You will coordinate stakeholders across operations and commercial functions, write winning narratives, respond to customer questions, and ensure tender quality while preserving profitability.

You will deliver competitive bids with margins, prepare timely tender responses, write narratives and proposals, and lead a best-in-class bidding and pricing team to support sales.
