A leading organization in the engineering and infrastructure sector is undertaking a major digital transformation initiative aimed at modernizing the way technical teams design, collaborate, and deliver projects. The organization is seeking a Change Manager M/F to lead the people side of this transformation, ensuring successful adoption of new digital tools, processes, and ways of working across engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the change management strategy to support a large-scale digital transformation program.
- Identify impacted stakeholder groups and assess how new tools and processes will affect their day-to-day activities.
- Develop and implement communication, engagement, and adoption plans to drive organizational readiness.
- Partner with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and project leaders to understand adoption challenges and remove barriers to change.
- Coordinate training activities and support networks to ensure users are prepared for the transition.
- Monitor adoption metrics, collect user feedback, and continuously improve change initiatives to maximize business value.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Change Manager within transformation, digitalization, or organizational change programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and user adoption experience across multiple organizational levels.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and translate complex changes into clear, actionable messages.
- Experience with structured change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks.
- Background in engineering, infrastructure, utilities, construction, or other asset-intensive environments is highly desirable.
- Strong facilitation, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build engagement and drive adoption.
