Scalable Capital is looking for its first dedicated People Analytics hire to shape data-driven decisions across the organisation. You will merge data from multiple source systems, build reliable reporting, and strengthen our People Tech stack.
You will partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to turn questions into insights, establish governance, and enable forecasting as Scalable grows.
