Responsibilities
- Implement a strategic commercial plan – You will develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with the company’s strategy, with the goal of exceeding sales targets;
- Create new business opportunities – You will actively seek out new partners and identify growth opportunities within existing client portfolios;
- Share knowledge – You will support brokers in analyzing, planning, and presenting complex proposals for business clients;
- Collaborate with specialists – You will work closely with the Employee Benefits team to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal client retention;
- Gathering market information – You serve as the eyes and ears in the market and provide strategic feedback to management on product innovations and process improvements.
Requirements
- Has at least 5 to 7 years of experience in Employee Benefits, preferably in a technical or commercial role at an expert level. Knowledge of Belgian social security and tax laws is a significant plus;
- Holds a master’s degree in Law, Economics, or Actuarial Science, or has gained equivalent experience;
- Combines commercial acumen with an analytical approach and is able to translate complex topics into clear, persuasive arguments;
- Has an excellent command of Dutch, French, and English, with the skills to communicate professionally at the executive level;
- Works independently, has an analytical mindset, and derives satisfaction from achieving measurable results within a dynamic B2B environment.
