About Tekst
Tekst raised $13.5M in Series A funding to build Process Intelligence for the agentic era. We build the context layer that lets AI agents work reliably on back-office processes at scale. Enterprise customers like Daikin, Colruyt, Mitsubishi and Nokia use Tekst to automate processes that actually matter.
The Role
As a Solution Engineer focused on delivery, you take over once a deal is signed and turn the agreed solution into a working implementation. You lead onboarding, build the automated workflows, and make sure customers get real value from the platform from day one.
What you\'ll do
Own the technical implementation for new customers, translating the solution design from the sales stage into a working setup
Lead onboarding and integrate Tekst with the customer\'s systems using APIs and webhooks
Build and configure the automated workflows/solutions based on customer requirements
Train customers so their teams can use the platform effectively
Work with implementation partners where relevant to support delivery at scale
Act as a technical point of contact during delivery and feed learnings back to Engineering and Product

Requirements
4+ years in implementation, delivery or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS
Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks and enterprise software architectures; comfortable scripting (e.g. Python or TypeScript)
Structured and organized; comfortable running an implementation project end-to-end
Enjoy digging into a messy technical environment and building a clear, automated solution
Clear communicator; able to train and support both technical and non-technical users
Requirements
