We're looking for a business analyst to support the implementation and user adoption of Autodesk InfoAsset Manager, focusing on functional analysis, user readiness and go-live preparation.
What you'll do
- Analyse differences between current and future workflows for users.
- Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements and resolve functional questions.
- Create user instructions and training materials with business users.
- Prepare users for go-live through training and acceptance testing.
- Assess data migration results from users' and business perspectives.
- Flag quality issues, risks and improvements for the project team.
What you bring
- At least three years' business analysis experience within the last six years.
- Experience in electricity, gas, water, sewerage, heat, telecoms infrastructure or another regulated utility.
- Experience developing and improving business processes (BPM).
- At least one year as a business or functional analyst on a project centred on GEO/GIS, an asset register or a technical management application.
- A master's degree.
- Dutch, C2 (CEFR).
Nice to have
- Experience with Autodesk InfoAsset Manager.
- Substantial functional analysis experience.
- Experience using AI tools for documentation, analysis or knowledge processing.
- Functional acceptance testing or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- User documentation and training materials.
- Delivering user training, train-the-trainer sessions, demonstrations or knowledge transfer.
- Preparing, executing, validating or functionally assessing data migrations.
- Stakeholder management in change, implementation or digitalisation projects.
- Drinking water, wastewater, sewerage, stormwater or urban water management projects.
- Backlog preparation and refinement.
- A technical, scientific, geographical, computing or engineering specialisation.

- Occasional travel to other sites.
