Are you a Microsoft Copilot Studio specialist ready to manage a strategic platform, contribute to its governance, and support users in an innovative environment in Brussels?
Your mission
We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform specialist to operate and maintain a secure, stable, and compliant platform for business users and citizen developers.
You will work closely with Product Owners, IT Security teams, and platform users to ensure smooth platform operations and an excellent user experience.
Your responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Power Platform components.
- Contribute to Copilot Studio governance in collaboration with IT Security and other stakeholders.
- Manage environments and the deployment lifecycle across development, acceptance, and production environments.
- Configure and manage security, access, and environments.
- Act as the first technical point of contact for Copilot Studio users.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, onboarding sessions, and office hours.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and user enablement.
Your profile
You have hands‑on experience with:
- Power Platform Administration
- Environment and solution management
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Platform security and access management
- Service and platform administrationUser support and technical documentation
You also have:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong customer‑service mindset.
- Experience delivering training and supporting business users.
- The ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English.
