Technical Sales Engineer | East & West Flanders | Industrial Automation & Technical Education
Are you passionate about industrial automation but enjoy working with people just as much as technology?
I'm currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Engineer to join a leading international automation company. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical knowledge with a consultative sales role, helping educational institutions and industrial organisations develop the next generation of engineering talent.
This isn't a hard sales position. Instead, you'll act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating technical training solutions, understanding customer needs, and building long-term relationships across East and West Flanders.
What you'll be doing:
- Advising customers on technical training and automation solutions
- Working with schools, colleges, and industrial companies
- Demonstrating innovative learning technologies and applications
- Identifying new opportunities and supporting customers throughout their journey
What we're looking for:
- A technical background within industrial automation, engineering, mechatronics, or manufacturing
- Someone who enjoys communicating technical concepts to customers
- Commercial mindset without needing years of sales experience
- Dutch speaking, with a willingness to travel across East & West Flanders
This role would suit someone looking to move away from a purely hands-on technical position into a customer-facing role where they can apply their technical expertise to make a real impact.
