Our client is a leading international law firm advising multinational clients on complex disputes with a strong cross-border dimension.

Its International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution practice handles arbitration proceedings and related court matters across a wide range of jurisdictions. The team advises clients on disputes involving construction, commercial contracts, M&A and international law, while working across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Your responsibilities

  • Assist clients in institutional and ad hoc international arbitration proceedings.
  • Work on proceedings concerning the recognition, enforcement and annulment of arbitral awards and foreign judgments.
  • Advise on disputes relating to construction, commercial agreements, M&A and international law.
  • Prepare pleadings and other procedural documents.
  • Contribute to the development of case strategies.
  • Work with colleagues on matters involving different jurisdictions.

Let's talk about you

  • You have between 1 - 3 years of experience in Dispute Resolution and a strong interest in International Arbitration.
  • You hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law with excellent academic results. An LL.M. from an English-speaking university is considered an asset.
  • You are a native French speaker with an excellent command of English.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • You combine strong legal analytical skills with a proactive and client-focused approach.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively within an international environment.
