Great assignments await you with our key account clients in rich and varied environments. Our client is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic Data & Analytics transformation program. The program aims to modernize the organization’s data capabilities through the implementation of a scalable cloud data platform, the deployment of a business-driven data governance and data quality framework, and the progressive migration of legacy data flows, datasets, and reports. The Program Manager will ensure the integrated delivery of the program, coordinate the different projects and stakeholders, and maintain alignment between business value, IT delivery, architecture, budget, resources, risks, and expected benefits.
- Orchestrate and integrate all projects and activities within the Data & Analytics Program.
- Align the Business Program Lead, Program Sponsor, Project Managers, IT teams, business stakeholders, architects, integrators, and external partners.
- Establish consolidated program governance covering scope, planning, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, benefits, and business value.
- Prepare and facilitate Program Steering Committees, including agendas, decision materials, action tracking, and decision logs.
- Play a leading role in operational governance, escalations, risk management, and program-level arbitrations.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure consistency between project deliverables and the overall program roadmap.
- Manage cross-project and external dependencies.
- Ensure architecture decisions are defined and validated through the appropriate governance bodies.
- Ensure that development, testing, migration, operationalization, and production constraints are properly integrated into the delivery roadmap.
- Coordinate change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption activities.
- Oversee Project Managers and key program resources to secure delivery and resolve critical issues.
- Anticipate and coordinate human, technical, and financial capacity across the program.
- Ensure consistent application of the organization’s project and program management methods, processes, and tools.
- Track and consolidate program benefits, value realization, budget consumption, and delivery performance.
- Support the transition towards a business-domain-based data product operating model.
- Follow up on AI-related initiatives included within the Data & Analytics Program.
The Program Manager will be accountable for overall program delivery, while business ownership of outcomes and value realization will remain with the Business Program Lead.
Mandatory requirements
- At least five years of demonstrable experience as a Program Manager.
- Proven experience leading a cloud data platform modernization program with a value of at least €1 million and/or involving approximately 20 FTE.
- Strong command of program and project management techniques, including:
- Risk and issue management
- Scope and change management
- Budget and contingency management
- Resource and capacity planning
- Dependency management
- Governance and consolidated reporting
- Benefits and value realization
- Good understanding of modern data platform mechanisms, including compute, storage, cloud architecture, data migration, scalability, and FinOps.
- Experience coordinating multiple Project Managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, architects, integrators, and external partners.
- Experience within the energy sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to structure complex information and support senior-level decision-making.
- Strong flexibility, stress resistance, and ability to manage escalations and conflicting priorities.
- Very good written and spoken French, Dutch, and English.
- Ability to work in line with values based on collaboration, reliability, and impact.
