# Business Analyst
- Senior## Responsibilities
* Support the Product Manager in stakeholder alignment, planning, roadmaps, business requirements, KPIs and financial deliverables.
* Take ownership of specific initiatives.
* Document business vision and business needs.
* Prepare cross-entity documentation summaries.
* Define and share business requirements.
* Manage risks, quality and issues.
* Act as liaison between stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.## Language Requirements
* Dutch: Plus
* French: Mandatory
* English: Excellent written and oral communication## Education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree## Travel
* Depends on work planning; travel to Paris may be required##

* Banking experience
* Payments management experience
* SEPA payments knowledge## Preferred Experience
