Fraud Intelligence Analyst I

City National Bank is seeking a Fraud Detection Specialist I to review alerts and transactions flagged as potentially fraudulent, based on client activity patterns. You will verify these alerts via outbound/inbound calls and initiate dispute claims to prevent losses.

The role requires banking operations and/or contact center knowledge, plus a solid understanding of fraud identification and prevention. You will handle cases, mitigate risk, and meet performance metrics.
