AISB-1013 SAP IS-U Functional Specialist
We are looking for a Medior SAP IS-U Functional Specialist to contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of business processes within the energy and utilities sector.
You will be involved throughout the functional lifecycle, from business requirements analysis and SAP configuration to testing, integration and user support, working closely with both business and technical teams.
Your responsibilities
- Analyse detailed business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure SAP IS-U according to business needs.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications.
- Perform unit testing of implemented developments.
- Contribute to test plans and test scenarios.
- Identify relevant use cases according to testing requirements.
- Execute End-to-End tests in an integrated environment.
- Support business teams during testing phases.
- Analyse and resolve identified defects.
- Prepare training and user documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the IS-U responsible and key stakeholders.
What we're looking for
Must-have:
- Strong understanding of business processes within the Utilities sector, particularly electricity and gas.
- Proven experience in SAP configuration.
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst.
- At least 3 years of experience with SAP IS-U.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Billing & Invoicing
- Device Management
- EDM
- Excellent ability to produce functional and technical documentation.
- French level B2 or higher.
- Previous experience within an electricity and gas Distribution System Operator (DSO).
Nice to have:
- Experience with a modelling tool.
- Experience on an SAP IS-U implementation project.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
Your profile
You are an autonomous, structured and analytical SAP professional with a strong understanding of Utilities business processes. You can bridge the gap between business requirements and SAP solutions and are comfortable collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
Work environment
The position is based in Liège, with the possibility of working remotely up to 2 days per week.
