Who we’re looking for

• You have 5+ years of experience in the insurance sector, with meaningful exposure to health insurance products (hospitalisation, group insurance, disability or dental).
• You are fluent in English and French/Dutch.
• You combine a scientific background (actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics or data science) with practical experience in insurance (product, pricing, regulatory or analytics).
• You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data, business and legal questions into actionable outputs.
• You have a builder mindset: you continuously identify opportunities to improve and scale processes and systems.
• You are willing to deeply change the insurance and healthcare industry and challenge the status quo.
• You communicate in a clear, structured and to‑the‑point way (written and spoken).

Additional Notes

We are not looking for risk/finance actuaries focused on Solvency 2, IFRS 17, ALM or asset management expertise. For this role, we are looking to hire within the D‑F level range.
