Job Description
- Manage all on-site construction activities for the STATCOM project, ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical, control & protection, and commissioning teams to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure execution is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, and contractual requirements.
- Monitor site progress, resource utilization, and productivity to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel, ensuring compliance with quality and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, client, vendors, and local authorities on all site-related matters.
- Ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, construction equipment, and tools.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities by ensuring construction completion and closure of punch points.
- Maintain as-built records, site documentation, inspection reports, and handover dossiers for final project completion Resolve site execution issues and coordinate engineering support for technical clarifications and design. changes.
- Conduct daily site review meetings and monitor critical activities to mitigate schedule risks.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, permit requirements, and environmental guidelines.
- Review and approve daily work plans, progress reports, and site documentation.
Requirements
- Experience: 15 to 18 Years
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Civil/Electrical), Diploma minimum 15 Year Experience.
