Stryker is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Trauma business across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will guide a team of about eight sales professionals, translate the strategy into actionable plans, and drive regional sales growth with strong customer partnerships.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurate forecasting, pipeline management, andexceptional leadership. English required, Dutch or French preferred, and travel within the region is expected.
