W Racingteam in Belgium seeks a Head of Manufacturing to lead roll cage production, paintshop and assembly, and to drive expansion into related services. You will own production strategy, budgets, and P&L while guiding continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
You will build and mentor a high-performing team, collaborate with engineering, supply chain and operations, and report to the CEO on performance metrics and strategic initiatives. Fluency in English and French is expected.
