MindCapture BV seeks a Customer Service Process Excellence Representative to support hospitals, laboratories and business customers across the Benelux region. You will manage claims, disputes and consignment processes while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Working in a dynamic medical technology environment, you will coordinate with sales and supply chain teams, maintain records in ERP/CRM, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
