Technical & Business Analyst Clinical Development

Job Description
This role supports the Clinical Squad within the RubyProgram. The consultant will act as the bridge between business stakeholdersand Digital Technology teams, helping evaluate, select, and implement newdigital solutions supporting Clinical Development and Regulatory activities.The position involves close collaboration with business teams, IT, AIspecialists, compliance teams, and external vendors in a regulated environment.
Typical Day
- Gatherand translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Facilitateworkshops and working sessions with stakeholders.
- Performtechnical assessments and fit-gap analyses of vendor solutions.
- SupportRFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and solution selection.
- Coordinateimplementation activities with business, IT teams, and vendors.
- Trackproject progress, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.
- Actas a translator between business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
Years of Experience
3 to 8 years of experience, with solid exposure to IT project management anddigital initiatives.
Must Have
- Experienceas a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or hybrid role.
- Strongrequirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Abilityto assess digital solutions from a technical perspective.
- Excellentcommunication skills and ability to bridge business and technology teams.
- Stronganalytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
Nice to Have
- ClinicalDevelopment or Pharma experience.
- Exposureto GxP-regulated environments.
- Experiencewith AI or GenAI-enabled solutions.
- Experiencesupporting RFI/RFP activities.
- Knowledgeof system integrations, security, and compliance considerations.
