Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a specialist to drive technological advancement through automation and AI. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and IT implementation to build a sustainable energy infrastructure while realizing initiatives for various business services.
- Support the business in leveraging emerging technologies to achieve operational efficiency and navigate complex realities.
- Define business expectations and establish clear links with technical implementation teams.
- Act as a spokesperson for the adoption of AI and automation within the organization.
- Analyze and describe detailed requirements for technical solutions based on business needs.
- Coordinate the implementation of cross-functional projects across different technological fields.
- Train and support business users to ensure the optimal use of new tools and systems.
- You have 10+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- You possess experience in the implementation of AI and automation within large-scale, regulated environments.
- You bring in-depth knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
- You have a degree in Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or a Master's degree in Science.
- You possess excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- You're proactive, independent, and work in a solution-oriented manner.
- You're customer-focused, flexible, and a collaborative team player.
- You are fluent in English with an excellent command of Dutch or French.

- Prior experience within a Transmission System Operator (TSO) setting.
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months + extension possible
