We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a ServiceNow squad focused on optimizing end-to-end client request management.

Identify, understand, and challenge business needs with a strong client-centric approach.
Assess requirements against ServiceNow capabilities, technical feasibility, and tooling strategy.
Model and document end-to-end processes and data flows using UML, ARIS, mock-ups, and other visual techniques.
Translate business needs into clear, validated, and actionable requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
Contribute to functional analysis and provide sufficient documentation for autonomous development.
Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality delivery.
Support business onboarding and change management by mapping needs to delivered functionalities.
Coordinate stakeholders and manage dependencies, constraints, risks, issues, and impediments.

At least 6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
Functional analysis knowledge.
Experience with conceptual modelling techniques, including UML, ARIS, and mock-ups.
Strong understanding of workflow processes.
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong written and spoken Dutch, French, and English.
