Om ons management-team te versterken, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Chief HR Officer.

Je werkt afwisselend vanuit onze prachtige en unieke kantoren in Gent en Sint-Niklaas.

De CHRO is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van de HR-strategie die aansluit bij de algemene bedrijfsdoelstellingen. De CHRO leidt de HR-afdeling en zorgt voor een effectieve en strategische aanpak van talentmanagement, bedrijfscultuur, diversiteit en inclusie, arbeidsverhoudingen en organisatorische ontwikkeling.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een strategisch HR-beleid in lijn met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Leiden en optimaliseren van HR-processen, waaronder werving en selectie, talentmanagement, prestatiemanagement, compensatie en benefits, en opleiding en ontwikkeling.
  • Bevorderen van een positieve en inclusieve bedrijfscultuur die betrokkenheid en prestaties stimuleert.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van initiatieven op het gebied van diversiteit, gelijkheid en inclusie.
  • Toezicht houden op naleving van arbeidswetgeving en ethische HR-praktijken.
  • Adviseren van de directie over HR-strategieën en personeelsvraagstukken.
  • Opzetten en beheren van effectieve communicatiekanalen tussen medewerkers en management.
  • Optimaliseren van employee experience en employer branding.
  • Toepassen van HR-analyse en datagedreven besluitvorming om strategische HR-initiatieven te ondersteunen.
  • Samenwerken met afdelingshoofden om de personeelsbehoeften te analyseren en op elkaar af te stemmen.

Daarnaast ben je lid van het managementteam en zorg je voor een geïntegreerd HR-beleid binnen Alfabet en haar verschillende bedrijven.

Vereisten

DIT BEN JIJ

  • Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in HR, bedrijfskunde of psychologie en minstens 8 jaar ervaring in HR, met een duidelijke focus op soft HR en organisatieontwikkeling.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opzetten en implementeren van HR-structuren binnen een groeiende organisatie.
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in payroll, compensatie en benefits en weet hoe je een eerlijk en competitief loonbeleid mee vormgeeft. Je bent strategisch en analytisch, maar ook pragmatisch en resultaatgericht.
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet hoe je een HR-visie vertaalt naar concrete initiatieven.
  • De normen en waarden van ERA en de Alfabet Groep spreken je aan en je weet hoe je die in een HR-beleid kunt verankeren.
