Nestlé Nespresso SA in Hasselt is seeking a Boutique Manager to grow the Boutique by promoting coffee, machines, and accessories, and enrolling new Nespresso Club members. You will lead a dedicated sales team, manage inventory and cash flow, and ensure exceptional customer service.
You will coordinate with Area Manager, accounting, IT, logistics, marketing and HR to meet targets and deadlines, while coaching staff and organizing regular team meetings.
