We're looking for a Project Manager Business Excellence who thrives on driving change, optimizing processes and delivering impactful projects in an international environment.
Your Impact
As a Project Manager Business Excellence, you will play a key role in transforming ideas into results. Working closely with stakeholders across different countries and business functions, you'll lead strategic initiatives that improve performance, streamline operations and support Redion's future growth.
You are not only a project manager; you are a trusted business partner who can turn complex challenges into clear solutions and bring people together to make change happen.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic and operational transformation projects across multiple countries
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency and create business value
- Translate business objectives into structured project plans and actionable roadmaps
- Coordinate project delivery from analysis and design through testing, implementation and training
- Drive the adoption of new systems, digital tools and automation solutions
- Engage stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, risks and outcomes while ensuring quality, scope and timelines are met
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a high-performance culture
What You'll Bring
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, IT or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, consulting or business transformation
- Strong track record in managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process optimization, Lean methodologies and change management
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear business messages
- Hands-on experience with digitalization and automation initiatives, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset and strong sense of ownership
Languages
Dutch and/or French (fluent)
