We are currently looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and launch of new products in a complex industrial environment. This role combines project leadership, product strategy, cost management, and cross-functional coordination from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new product development projects from initial planning through start of production (SOP)
  • Manage technical and business aspects of product programs
  • Build and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality
  • Drive project governance, milestone reviews, and decision-making processes
  • Lead change management activities and ensure project objectives are achieved
  • Track and manage project KPIs, risks, and performance indicators
  • Oversee product cost targets, profitability, and investment planning
  • Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives
  • Manage customer requirements and ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle
  • Support supplier management and manufacturing readiness activities
  • Ensure successful product launches through effective stakeholder collaboration
  • Capture and implement lessons learned to continuously improve project delivery

Required Profile

  • Experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Project Management within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
  • Strong track record of leading complex cross-functional projects
  • Experience managing budgets, costs, schedules, and resources
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions across multiple departments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
