Voor een toonaangevende organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Technical Architect met een sterke achtergrond in Java/Spring en aantoonbare ervaring binnen technische architectuur.
Naast Java/Spring verwachten we hands-on expertise in minstens één van de volgende domeinen:
- DevOps architectuur
- Opstart: snelle beschikbaarheid is een plus
Als Technical Architect neem je een leidende en strategische rol op binnen de uitbouw van technische en infrastructurele oplossingen. Je bewaakt de langetermijnvisie en zorgt voor afstemming tussen technologie, teams en business.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Analyseren van de bestaande technologische omgeving en identificeren van technical debt en optimalisaties
- Uitwerken en bewaken van technische architectuur en standaarden
- Coachen en begeleiden van development- en IT-teams
- Adviseren bij applicatie- en infrastructuurprojecten
- Samenwerken met product managers, product owners en andere architecten
- Mee bewaken van kwaliteit via reviews, stand-ups en architecturale beslissingen
- Aandacht voor security, monitoring en configuratiebeheer
- Meerdere jaren ervaring in een Technical Architect-rol
- Diepgaande kennis van Java/Spring (Boot, Cloud, Data)
- Sterke expertise in minstens één van: cloud infrastructuur, DevOps, microservices of React architectuur
- Ervaring met CI/CD, DevOps-methodologieën en moderne ontwikkelomgevingen
- Strategische denker met een brede, toekomstgerichte kijk
- Sterke communicator en coach
- Oog voor kwaliteit, schaalbaarheid en security
We zoeken een échte architect — iemand die verder kijkt dan de operationele dagelijkse uitdagingen en sterk is in visie, conceptueel denken en strategische keuzes, zonder de technische realiteit uit het oog te verliezen.
