As part of the growth of SII Group Belgium, we are strengthening our Sales team and are looking for a Business Manager to join our Engineering Business Unit.

In this role, you will play a key part in SII's success in Belgium by combining business development, recruitment, and team management.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around two main areas:

  • Business Development: Manage and grow a client portfolio within the aerospace, defence, and industrial sectors, driving business growth and profitability.
    • (Prospecting new clients, developing customer relationships, identifying and qualifying opportunities, responding to tenders, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong partnerships with key accounts.)
  • Recruitment & Team Management: Contribute to the recruitment strategy, participate in candidate sourcing and interviews, and support the career development and follow-up of your consultants.

  • Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken
  • Initial experience in business development and recruitment within the engineering sector
  • Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
