As we continue to grow in the Benelux region, we are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team in Brussels.

Missions

This is a customer-facing consulting role, where you will have real ownership and real impact.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will work directly with customer stakeholders - from project managers to senior leaders - to design and deliver Planisware solutions that drive business outcomes, not just software go-lives.

You will be trusted to lead implementations end-to-end, translate strategy into execution, and influence how organizations manage change, priorities, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer implementations of Planisware SaaS solutions from design to go-live
• Understand customer strategies, governance models, processes, and methodologies
• Translate business needs into solution designs aligned with Planisware best practices
• Configure, test, validate, and demonstrate solutions delivering tangible value
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and user trainings
• Support change management and user adoption
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Identify risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement areas
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and R&D teams
• Contribute to long-term customer satisfaction, renewals, and account growth

Profil

Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, IT or equivalent experience)

Experience in software implementation, consulting, or project management

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused, structured, and delivery-oriented

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a strong plus)

Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment

Curious, autonomous, and eager to grow

Regular travel (mainly within Belgium and The Netherlands) is expected.
