ASAP Gent Office is seeking a dynamic agent to help customers using three languages. You will act as the link between people and solutions, handling incoming calls for urgent courier needs and dispatching issues. You switch between phone, email, and customer systems to resolve problems and keep records accurate.

You will start with one client and expand duties as you grow. Training is provided, and the team supports your development in a relaxed, collaborative environment.
