STORE MANAGER | KNOKKE
€3,700 gross/month + MBO
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a refined, heritage-driven maison renowned for its elegance, craftsmanship and exceptional client experience.
The Role:
- Oversee the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation
- Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve commercial targets and deliver an exceptional client experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clientele, driving clienteling and loyalty
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, implementing strategies to maximise results
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and compliance with brand standards
- Collaborate with management to implement commercial and operational strategies
Profile:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within luxury or premium retail
- Strong leadership, commercial and clienteling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English & Dutch; additional languages are a plus
- Energetic, confident and highly customer-oriented
- Passion for luxury, fashion and delivering exceptional service
Package:
- Salary: €3,700 gross/month
- MBO bonus
