This role is for a senior developer with extensive experience in SQL Server Net Core and Microsoft BizTalk Server contributing to complex enterprise integration and application solutions in a hybrid work model. The position involves designing implementing and optimizing scalable systems that support critical business functions with added benefit if the candidate understands asset and wealth management.

8. Responsibilities :

• -Design and implement robust Net Core applications that support complex business processes and ensure reliable performance in a hybrid work environment.
• -Develop and optimize SQL Server database structures to improve query performance maintain data integrity and support high volume transactional workloads.
• -Configure and maintain Microsoft BizTalk Server integrations to enable secure and efficient exchange of data across multiple enterprise systems.
• -Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• -Review existing application and integration architectures to identify improvement opportunities and recommend scalable and maintainable design patterns.
• -Create detailed technical documentation for applications integrations and database components to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• -Conduct code reviews and apply best practices in coding standards security and performance to maintain high quality deliverables.
• -Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement durable fixes that reduce recurring incidents and improve system stability.
• -Coordinate deployment activities and support release cycles for day shift operations to ensure smooth rollout of new features and enhancements.
• -Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate effort plan work and prioritize tasks to meet project timelines and business objectives in a hybrid model.
• -Apply expertise in SQL Server and BizTalk Server to streamline data flows reduce manual interventions and support accurate reporting and analytics.
• -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and proposing technical solutions that benefit the company and society through more efficient digital services.
• -Use knowledge of asset and wealth management domains when applicable to design features that support financial stewardship and better outcomes for end clients.

-Qualifications

• -Possess eight to ten years of hands on experience in software development focusing on Net Core based applications and SQL Server backed solutions.
• -Demonstrate strong proficiency in designing developing and maintaining integrations using Microsoft BizTalk Server in enterprise environments.
• -Exhibit deep understanding of relational database concepts indexing strategies and query optimization techniques in SQL Server.
• -Apply solid knowledge of Net Core frameworks dependency injection asynchronous programming and secure coding practices in daily development tasks.
• -Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model for a multinational organization while collaborating with distributed teams during day shifts.
• -Display familiarity with asset and wealth management processes such as portfolio data handling and investment reporting as a desirable domain skill.
• -Utilize strong problem solving skills to analyze technical issues propose clear solutions and implement changes with minimal disruption to business operations.
• -Maintain excellent communication skills to explain complex technical topics to nontechnical stakeholders and to document solutions clearly for future reference.
• -Adhere to organizational standards for quality compliance and security while contributing to systems that support responsible and transparent business practices.
