Your Responsibilities as HR Business Partner :

• Advisor for your stakeholders, providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR
• Absenteeism management
• Supporting and executing in unrolling new and existing HR policies
• Responsible for introducing new employees to Corporate Compliance
• Translation of the companies HR/People agenda to your Branch(es)
• Ensures the assigned Branch(es) act in line with used quality systems, local laws and legislation
• Responsible for absenteeism level of your Branch(es)
• Responsible for assigned companywide HR tasks
• Reporting activities

Your Profile as HR Business Partner:

• Excellent verbal and written proficiency French and English
• Strong interest in People and the Business
• Minimum 3 years’ HR experience as HRBP

• Flexibility to go to different sites in South Belgium
