As an Electro-Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will oversee the full lifecycle of piping and mechanical scopes-from design to commissioning-ensuring delivery meets technical, budget, and quality standards in a dynamic, project-based environment.

Job Description

As a Site Supervisor Piping & Mechanical Engineer your responsibilities are:

  • Coordinate piping design and ensure technical compliance
  • Identify clashes and propose technical solutions
  • Manage RFQs and evaluate supplier offers
  • Oversee procurement and supplier follow-up
  • Supervise on-site installation and mechanical works
  • Ensure QA/QC compliance and resolve non-conformities
  • Monitor planning, costs, risks, and contractual variations
  • Support commissioning and coordinate multidisciplinary teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Supervisor Piping & Mechanical Engineer should have:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
  • 5-10+ years in piping/mechanical project environments
  • Strong technical knowledge of piping systems & equipment
  • Exposure to EPC, construction or industrial projects
  • Basic understanding of hydraulics, electrical & instrumentation
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a big plus)
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and adaptable mindset
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder skills
