Position Summary

As a CDL Driver, you’ll be responsible for operating waste collection vehicles on established routes, ensuring safe and timely pickup of waste and recycling materials. You’ll work closely with your route partners and support staff to keep our operations efficient and our customers satisfied.

Schedule

• Routes start at5:00 AMonMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
• Thursdayis ashop and maintenance day(equipment checks, prep, etc.)
• Full-time or Part-time , consistent hours with year-round work
• Flexible hours on non-route days to deliver carts and dumpsters

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial truck on assigned collection routes
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles
• Load, lift, and move materials weighing50 lbs or more
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
• Follow all DOT, safety, and company regulations
• Represent Denzel’s Region Waste with professionalism and customer care

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Class B with Air Brake endorsement or higher required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Good driving record and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous waste industry experience a plus, but not required
