We are looking for an Onsite Support Engineer (L2/L3) for a key client based in Ghent.
- Resolve incidents logged by end users
- Perform service requests
- Troubleshoot local components
- Staging and configuration of PCs for new employees
- Carry out tests after changes, with the possibility of exceptional onsite interventions during the weekend
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in end-user support
- Experience with Windows 19, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD and Intune
- General knowledge of end-user management tools and environment
