RPG Design Lead: Worldbuilding

Larian Studios in Oost-Vlaanderen is seeking an experienced RPG Designer to join their worldbuilding team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will work closely with various departments to create compelling narratives and gameplay that captivate players. You will be responsible for designing high-quality content and ensuring a coherent experience throughout the game.

The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, be a collaborative team player, and have a deep understanding of player expectations and narrative pacing. Familiarity with Larian’s games is a plus.
