About the Role
As a Campaign Specialist, you will collaborate with German-speaking businesses to develop tailored online advertising strategies. Your role will focus on driving campaign performance, enhancing client relationships, and contributing to sales growth through data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on strategic digital marketing solutions aligned with their business objectives
- Manage a portfolio of clients and help them achieve measurable campaign results
- Meet individual sales goals while supporting broader team success
- Analyze campaign performance, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Deliver continuous improvements to increase ROI and marketing effectiveness
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends

Required Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in German (C2)
- Proficiency in English (C1)
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales or marketing
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in digital marketing and online technologies
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
