Project Lead for Service Lines and Substations in high-voltage infrastructure. In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of electrical infrastructure projects in Belgium, covering high-voltage substations and lines across voltage levels such as 36 kV to 380 kV. You will work within an infrastructure project environment, combining office work, home working, and regular site visits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate high-voltage service line and substation infrastructure projects.
  • Contribute to project definition, engineering coordination, planning, and execution follow-up.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders including engineering, construction, suppliers, contractors, and client representatives.
  • Monitor project scope, progress, safety, quality, interfaces, risks, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and follow up technical documentation, project reports, decisions, and action plans.
  • Support successful delivery of high-voltage infrastructure projects within agreed planning, budget, and quality expectations.

Key Requirements

  • Experience as a project lead, project engineer, project manager, or technical coordinator in electrical infrastructure.
  • Strong interest in or knowledge of high-voltage substations, service lines, transmission systems, or electrical networks.
  • Technical background in electrical, energy, electromechanical, or industrial engineering.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project stakeholders and technical interfaces.
  • Strong communication, reporting, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent French and/or Dutch; knowledge of the other national language and English is an asset.
