Oliver James is seeking ambitious 360° Recruitment Consultants to grow the Belgian IT market. You will build your own market, develop new business with clients, headhunt top IT talent and manage the recruitment process from A to Z.
This role rewards commercial ownership, earning potential and career progression for recruiters with a sales mindset in Belgium. You will negotiate with clients and candidates, own your pipeline and targets, and become an expert in your market.
