Our services includeproperty inspections, property valuations, provisional and final handovers, technical audits, and surveying services. We combine real estate expertise with modern digital tools to make our services clear, efficient, and accessible to our clients.
As BEREX continues to grow, we are strengthening our brand and digital presence. Our marketing team works on content, communication, campaigns, and brand development to increase visibility and build strong relationships with our audiences.
We are looking for a creative Content Creator who can work closely with the marketing team toplan, create, edit, and publish engaging contentthat reflects BEREX’s expertise, professionalism, and identity across our digital channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and managing content calendars with the marketing team.
- Producing social media posts, videos, visuals, articles, and newsletters.
- Editing written, photo, and video content for different platforms.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all communication.
- Contributing creative ideas and following digital and social media trends.
- Managing multiple content projects and meeting deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience incontent creation, photography, and photo/video editing.
- Proficiency inCanva and PowerPoint.
- Experience with editing tools such asAdobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar softwareis a plus.
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a marketing team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus.
- Aportfolio of previous content, photography, design, or video work is a strong advantage.
