Who are you?

You have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality as a manager, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
You have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
You are a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the restaurant floor and actively working alongside the team.
You have knowledge of operational processes such as staff scheduling, inventory management, and KPIs.
You are familiar with HACCP guidelines and work accurately.
You are guest-focused, solution-oriented, and able to stay calm and organised during busy periods.
You take initiative, are confident in making decisions, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
You are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
You are willing to complete training at other Hawaiian restaurants during your onboarding period to ensure you are fully prepared for the opening.

Gross monthly salary of €3,717.86 based on a 40-hour working week.
