Wayve in Belgium is seeking a Training Quality Trainer to ensure the effectiveness of training programs, materials and delivery methods, while working closely with teams to uphold operating standards and support professional development.
In this role you will monitor program outcomes, maintain training records for compliance, develop manuals and online resources, and collaborate with experts to identify improvements in training content and delivery.
