Who we are

Sentinel Medical Operations delivers aeromedical evacuation, damage control resuscitation and critical care in austere and disaster environments. We are Belgian by registration, international by nature, and allergic to mediocrity by conviction.

We are now selecting clinicians for our Damage Control Resuscitation (DCR) and Aeromedical Evacuation (AE) critical care teams.

Who we’re looking for

The full clinical spectrum, as long as you’re at the top of it:

• Paramedics: preferably with a Special Operations medical background
• Emergency, ICU, and flight nurses
• Emergency physicians, intensivists, surgeons, perfusionists, anesthesiologists
• Everything credible in between
• Former military strongly preferred.

The non-negotiables

• You are a rockstar in your specialty.
• Fluent English. Our teams, our partners, and our patients are international. So is our cockpit.
• You can carry the load, literally. Patients don’t walk themselves to the airframe.
• You get along with people

Timeline

Selection starts now. The education block runs in 2027. We build deliberately, we train hard, and we deploy people who are ready, not people who are available.
