As a DevOps/Platform Engineer, you make sure software moves smoothly, reliably and securely from idea to production. You design, automate and maintain the infrastructure and tooling behind our R&D teams and our international customers.
You'll work in a fast-changing environment, where you turn engineering needs into robust, automation-first solutions and continuously improve the developer experience.
What you'll do
- Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and development tooling that keep builds reproducible and releases predictable
- Set up and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure) through Infrastructure as Code, using Terraform, Ansible and GitOps
- Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain infrastructure to keep it stable and performant
- Eliminate manual steps through automation
- Safeguard quality gates, traceability and release processes
- Promote best practices such as trunk-based development and reusable pipeline components
- Modernise legacy components into scalable, cloud-native solutions
- Support colleagues and customers, and share your knowledge across teams
What you'll bring
- Proven experience as a DevOps, CI, Platform or Software Engineer
- Strong Linux expertise and confidence troubleshooting build, pipeline and infrastructure issues
- Advanced Git knowledge, including branching, rebasing and repository management
- Strong Python skills, with a focus on maintainable automation code
- Solid understanding of CI/CD architecture and pipeline design (e.g. Jenkins with Groovy, or equivalent)
- Experience with Docker and reproducible, container-based toolchains
- Experience with at least one cloud provider, preferably Azure (AWS, OCI or others are also valuable)
- An analytical, proactive and curious mindset
- Strong communication skills: you can explain infrastructure topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluent English; any other language is a plus
