The IDM environment based on OpenText from the FAVV runs in production on a very outdated version (4.02). The first steps to switch to a current version (4.9) were taken last year, including the redesign of the IDM drivers and the new version of the “user application”. The complete test environment is ready. Now this must be documented and everything must be prepared to test with correct scenarios and go to production. The go live and aftercare are also included in this assignment. Below is an overview of the tasks still to be completed and the days we consider necessary for this. Quick overview of the first 6 days, focus on test environment: Task Days Documentation TESTE 1 day Execute Server Upgrade IDM 2 days Execute Driver Upgrade 2 days Documentation upgrade procedures 1 day + documentation PROD Next steps and timetable – 14 days, focus on prod environment Drafting the PROD documentation 1.5 days Integrate new servers into PROD 2 days Execute Driver Upgrade / add 3 days Tasks and tests after the upgrade 1.5 days (incl. replacement of SSL) Define business processes + draw up a test scenario for 6 days. The mission concerns a part-time position, to be performed in close consultation with the customer.
