We are looking for an early-career candidate - university or business school graduate - who is eager to join our Rheumatology team and help serve patients living with Psoriasis Arthritis (Psa) in a Hybrid field-based Product Specialist role (70%) and a Brand Manager role (30%). The Product Specialist combines relationship‑building with commercial and scientific thinking to address healthcare challenges and improve patients’ lives. The Brand Manager develops & implement the brand strategy and tactical plan within Rheumatology.

What you will do
- Identify and enhance business opportunities across the French speaking part of Belgium
As Product Specialist Rheumatology (70%), you will:
- Build strong, trust-based partnerships with healthcare customers, including rheumatologists, nurses and other relevant partners.
- Lead customer meetings in the field and communicate product benefits, clinical data and therapeutic value in a clear, compliant and customer-relevant way.
- Use market, customer, and competitive insights to position our rheumatology portfolio effectively and find opportunities to create long‑term customer value.
- Develop efficient and actionable account plans that guide daily visits, activities, and business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Sales to ensure field activities are aligned with the broader brand strategy and tactical plan.
- Drive sales performance and achieve business goals through structured planning, strong customer relationship management and effective communication of the product value proposition.
As Brand Manager Rheumatology (30%), you will:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the rheumatology brand strategy and tactical plan.
- Co-create and implement impactful marketing activities in partnership with cross‑functional teams, ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging across channels.
- Work cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs and Sales to support successful product updates, launches and timely project execution.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt brand strategies to the local market context.
- Ensure all marketing materials and initiatives meet healthcare compliance standards.
- Develop and implement tactical plans, including sponsorships, support events, content creation, preparation and approval processes.
Who we’re looking for
